All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Due to the nature of fine jewelry and supplier fulfillment, processing times may occasionally vary. If a delay occurs, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier transit times.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
- • Free Economy shipping on all orders above $150
- • Orders under $150 will ship for a flat rate of $14.99
- • Carriers may include USPS or UPS, depending on destination and availability
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Baker Gold Chains is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.
Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- Baker Gold Chains is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- If your package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
